The Cubs traded Sisneros to the Astros on Saturday in exchange for Jayden Murray, Ari Alexander of 7 News Boston reports.
Sisneros has spent time at High-A and Double-A this season, slashing .265/.419/.422 with six homers, 37 RBI and 29 runs scored between the two levels. He was promoted to Double-A in late May and will likely remain there upon joining the Astros organization.
