Texas Tech Sophomore Guard Leon Horner has announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal per his Instagram. The Sophomore from Dallas, TX was a McDonald’s All-American Nominee prior to his time in Lubbock. Horner played in 24 games this past season and will enter the portal with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
