Newly released court records outline the investigation that led to child grooming and online solicitation charges against Harry Grabowske.
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Newly released court documents reveal additional details in the case against a Laguna Little Miss Kickball coach and board member who was arrested Sunday on charges of child grooming and online solicitation of a minor.
Harry Wallace Grabowske, 38, was taken into custody after an investigation by the Corpus Christi Police Department. Court records show his bonds were set at $100,000 for child grooming and $150,000 for online solicitation of a minor.
According to a probable cause affidavit, police began investigating after the parents of a 14-year-old girl reported concerns about communications between their daughter and Grabowske.
Investigators allege the communications began in September 2025 and continued through late May 2026. Court documents state the girl’s parents discovered messages and reported the matter to police.
The affidavit alleges Grabowske communicated with the girl through social media, phone calls and other electronic messaging platforms outside of league activities.
According to court records, investigators learned Grabowske allegedly sent the girl $200 through Cash App in November 2025. During interviews, the girl’s family told detectives the money was later returned.
Court documents also allege Grabowske maintained contact with the girl through phone calls and messages that investigators described as inappropriate.
Detectives conducted a forensic interview with the girl and reviewed electronic communications as part of the investigation.
According to the affidavit, investigators concluded the communications showed efforts to build trust and rapport with the girl while testing personal boundaries. Detectives also alleged some of the communications became sexually explicit.
The affidavit states both Grabowske’s phone and the girl’s phone were collected as evidence.
After reviewing the investigation, prosecutors with the Nueces County District Attorney’s Office accepted the case and authorized charges, according to court records.
Grabowske was later arrested and booked into the Nueces County Jail.
The arrest came days after Laguna Little Miss Kickball announced Grabowske had been suspended from all league activities and issued a stay-away order while allegations were investigated.
The criminal case remains pending.
