We checked in with some recent filings in the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to see what’s coming to Plano. We found five updates you can’t miss.
The City of Plano is replacing playground equipment and renovating trails, the pavilion and outdoor fitness areas at Windhaven Park. Construction is set to begin on August 3 and be completed by August 3 of next year.
Collin Creek multifamily housing
Collin Creek is starting construction on their multifamily housing portion of the development, including apartments, a pool, a fitness center and an amenity deck. Construction is expected to be completed by July 30 of next year.
The Houston-based bar and patio is opening a new location at 208 Coit Road. Construction is set to begin on January 1 and conclude in July of next year.
In between Orange Theory Fitness and The Dream Tacos will soon be home to a Shipley Do-Nuts location, according to a fiiling. Construction is set to begin in late August and conclude in September.
In the former Kroger location at 9700 Coit Road, an EOS Fitness location is opening. Renovations are set to begin on September 6 and complete in July of next year.
