Former Omaha-based contractor sentenced after guilty plea to sexual exploitation
OMAHA, Neb. —
An Omaha man who investigators say paid a teenager to send him sexual photos and videos in 2024, has been sentenced in Texas.
Brandon Sieg, 30, pleaded guilty to sexual performance by a child in Hardin County, Texas, last Wednesday. As a result, Sieg was sentenced to 10 years of probation and a $1,100 fine. He must also file as a sex offender.

According to court documents obtained by KETV, a sergeant with the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office investigated a complaint of a child exchanging inappropriate messages with an adult.
Court documents detail messages accusing Sieg of paying a thirteen-year-old in exchange for sexual videos and photos. Bank statements show Sieg paid nearly $200 to the child between May 27, 2024, through June 3, 2024.
Sieg is also accused of saying he would travel from Omaha to Texas to watch the child’s football games. Sieg allegedly said he would pay for a hotel room for the two of them to spend time together.
Sieg was a former contractor, working with Omaha Sports Academy. OSA previously released a statement saying they immediately terminated his contract when they learned of the investigation in Texas.
