Every school year, Plano ISD Superintendent of Schools Dr. Theresa Williams seeks advice from numerous school and community members, including the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council.

This group of 11th and 12th graders from Plano ISD senior high schools and Academy High School meets with the superintendent quarterly to provide student feedback on district initiatives and share perspectives from their schools. The council gives students a voice in district matters, helps shape policies and offers insights on issues such as college, career and military readiness programs.

Get to know this year’s council members.
