Zalat Pizza is expected to open its newest location in McKinney this summer, a news release states.
The Texas-based company, which was founded in 2015, offers specialty pizzas and operates with late-night hours, the release states. According to its website, the restaurant’s menu includes pizzas such as:
Pepperoni Masterclass: All-beef pepperoni, oregano, black pepper and crushed garlicSweet Revenge: Bacon onion jam, housemade hot honey, mozzarella, salami, crushed red pepper and fresh basilLoaded Bacon Notato: Bacon, cheddar, jalapenos, blue cheese ranch swirl with a pizza base that blends Sriracha hot sauce and ranch dressingPineapple Express: Bacon, pineapple, crushed red pepper, jalapenos and a teriyaki pizza base with sesame seeds and fresh cilantroPho Shizzle: Chicken, red bell peppers, caramelized onions, hoisin and Sriracha swirls, basil and cilantroThe McKinney location will be the company’s 31st location in Texas, joining locations in North Texas, Austin and Houston.
