EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – East El Paso diners looking for a new brunch, lunch or dinner destination can now find it at Well Made Kitchen & Bar.

Located at 11990 Rojas Drive, the restaurant was created by the team behind the popular brunch spot Crave and Neighbor Good in the Five Points area.

Well Made offers a menu centered around timeless comfort food served in a stylish, dimly lit atmosphere complete with an inviting outdoor patio.

“What we’re really proud about is our dinner menu and our signature cocktail program,” said Executive Chef Rudy Valdez of Pan y Agua Group.

The menu features a variety of classic dishes with elevated ingredients and presentation. Guests can start with appetizers such as crispy grilled cheese served with vodka sauce or tuna crudo before moving on to entrees like steak frites or spicy pasta with burrata.

“We sourced a bunch of great ingredients and really focused on the entrees,” Valdez said.

The restaurant’s cocktail menu is equally diverse, offering favorites like espresso martinis and coconut margaritas alongside unique creations such as a
creamy matcha martini.

“We have everybody, people celebrating anniversaries, birthdays and people just celebrating a Friday night,” Valdez said.

Dessert is another standout, featuring a dramatic presentation of molten chocolate poured over a towering 12-layer chocolate cake.

While Well Made is one of the newest additions to the Pan y Agua family, the company itself has deep roots in El Paso. Valdez said the group has spent nearly two decades building relationships with the community since opening its first Crave location.

“We have literally seen people get proposed to, married, have kids, and then their kids come and have their first dates at our restaurants,” he said. “That kind of community engagement and relationship that we have with our guests is amazing.”

Well Made Kitchen & Bar is open daily, with extended kitchen hours on weekends. Guests can also take advantage of happy hour specials featuring $5 fries and $5 martinis.
