Attic fire reported at home in Sunland Park Monday night

SUNLAND PARK, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — Emergency crews responded to a house fire in Sunland Park Monday night.

According to the Sunland Park Fire Department, SPFD and Dona Ana Fire Rescue units attended to a fire at a home located on the 5500 block of Grove Dr. (near the Texas and New Mexico state line, by Country Club Road) at around 11:57 p.m.

The fire was found in the attic space and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Sunland Park Fire Marshal’s Office.
