SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) — The San Antonio Police Department is investigating a fatal crash early Sunday morning before sunrise.
Investigators say two people were killed after a wrong-way driver entered Southwest Loop 410 near Median Base Road. After responding to the wrong-way driver, officers found a crash involving three vehicles. After EMS arrived, two of the three drivers involved were found dead.
The surviving driver was assisted by first responders, but no other details were available.
