The first thing you notice is the scale.
Rows of boats stretch across Dallas Market Hall. Families wander the aisles. Experienced boat owners stop to compare the latest models. First-time shoppers climb aboard, settle into the captain’s seat, and begin imagining weekends on the water. Some visitors arrive knowing exactly what they want. Others simply come to see what’s new.

For more than 50 years, that’s been the Dallas Boat Show experience.
From July 16-19, the Dallas Boat Show returns to Dallas Market Hall, bringing together hundreds of boats, marine accessories, and the latest innovations in boating under one roof. For generations, it has been a place where North Texans gather to explore, compare, ask questions, and discover what’s possible on the water.
A Tradition Built on Discovery
Long before shoppers could compare every boat online, the Dallas Boat Show offered something different: the chance to experience boating firsthand.
That hasn’t changed.
Visitors still step aboard boats to see how they feel. They compare layouts side by side, discover new technology, and talk directly with dealers about the features that matter most to them. It’s a hands-on experience that continues to draw people back year after year.
The show welcomes leading dealers from across North Texas and beyond, giving visitors access to hundreds of boats from many of America’s most respected manufacturers in a single location. Fishing boats, pontoons, wake and surf boats, cruisers, and personal watercraft are all represented, making it easy to compare options that might otherwise require visits to multiple dealerships.

The Dallas Boat Show has never been just about buying a boat.
It’s where first-time buyers begin to understand what’s possible. It’s where experienced owners return to see the latest innovations and compare what’s changed from one model year to the next. It’s where families spend the day exploring together, asking questions, and imagining future lake weekends.
Some visitors leave having found exactly what they were looking for. Others leave with a notebook full of ideas and a better understanding of the boating lifestyle. Either way, the experience is part of what has kept the Dallas Boat Show a North Texas tradition for more than half a century.

Today, shoppers have more information than ever before. They can research brands, compare specifications, and watch countless walkthrough videos before ever visiting a dealership.
The Dallas Boat Show offers something the internet never will: perspective.
Seeing hundreds of boats together changes the way people shop. Comparing layouts side by side reveals differences that don’t show up on a screen. Conversations with knowledgeable dealers answer questions that online reviews can’t. And exclusive show incentives and financing opportunities make the event as practical as it is inspiring.
It’s why generations of North Texans have made the Dallas Boat Show part of their summer tradition—and why it remains one of the best places to see America’s finest boats, all under one roof.
