This August, Texans in both Mansfield and Celina will have a new retailer added to their shopping repertoire, the company confirmed online. The Texas twosome are among 10 new warehouses on deck to open this summer, per the company’s new locations landing page.
The Mansfield project — registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation last July — comes with an estimated $19.5 million sticker price and encompasses more than 157,000 square feet of retail space, per the TDLR filing. Crews are putting the finishing touches on the upcoming warehouse, located at the northeast corner of Lone Star Road and FM 917, Mansfield, TX 76063. Mansfield lies 13 miles south of Arlington under the DFW Metroplex.
Over in Celina, a 158,000-square-foot warehouse is on deck, per August 2025 TDLR filings. The approximately $18.5 million project is slated for 3445 S. Preston Road, Celina, TX 75009. Celina lies 15 miles north of Frisco, north of the DFW Metroplex.
The two Dallas-Fort Worth Costco outposts aren’t the only two to have planned openings in Texas this year. The Austin-area suburb of Liberty Hill and New Braunfels each welcomed their own warehouses in March and May, respectively, with Costco enthusiasts waiting hours in line to shop opening day.
