In early June the Loving High School girls’ basketball team attended camps at Texas Tech University (TTU) and Lubbock Christian University (LCU) said head coach Jentry Smith.
The camp at Texas Tech was hosted by head coach Krista Gerlich. Smith said the camp lasted for one day as campers learned skills and understanding of the game from NCAA Division I basketball players.

The LCU camp was hosted by head coach Steve Gomez and lasted two days, according to Smith.
