There is one Supreme Court ruling that the Democrats are still very upset about. The decision that the Trump administration -can- remove the ‘Temporary Protected Status’ (TPS) for Haitians and Syrians.
They’re upset because under the Biden administration, the Dems used ‘TPS’ to try and change red states.
“And I’m sure the Democrats were hoping that this would be difficult for Republicans, in particular, to push back on” said Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies for the Center for Immigration Studies.
As Texas Congressman Brandon Gill recently pointed out on X, this was all part of the Democrats plan.
“The Biden administration knew that they had to spread this population around the country” Vaughan told KTRH. The goal was to try and change the demographics in red states by flooding them with illegals.
Something that we can still see, even here in Houston.
“A giant rolling amnesty for favored groups that Democrat administrations have wanted to allow to stay here” noted Vaughan, who also credited SCOTUS for their ruling on ‘TPS’.
If Temporary Protected Status is not Temporary, then it’s just amnesty with another name.
