TYLER, Texas (KETK)– A new Korean BBQ restaurant, Cupbop, will be opening at the Villages of Cumberland Park in Tyler later this year.
Construction for the restaurant is set to begin this July and is expected to be complete by September, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project is privately funded and is estimated to cost $20,000 to renovate the 1,629-square-foot building.
This will be the first Cupbop in East Texas, with the nearest one currently being located in Mansfield.
