HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – Former UConn stars Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd return to Connecticut Thursday night when the Dallas Wings take on the Connecticut Sun.
Both Bueckers and Fudd were drafted by the Dallas Wings at number 1.
Thursday’s game tips off at 8 p.m. at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford.
The visit could be the last time the Wings play in Connecticut.
Thursday is the only scheduled Wings visit to the Sun this season, and the team is set to move to Houston for next season.
The Wings stand at 11-8, which is good enough for 6th place in the league.
The Sun, meanwhile, sit in last place with a dismal 4-15 record.
