LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock County has announced its next elections administrator. Troy Havard will take over as the county’s chief election officer next month following the retirement of administrator Roxzine Stinson.
The elections administrator oversees all voting operations, from registration to counting, and ensures the office complies with state and federal laws.
Havard previously served as assistant elections administrator in Tarrant County. He also served 28 years in the Marine Corps.
