EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A woman was arrested after an unreadable license plate revealed an outstanding warrant, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct Three.
Officials reported that on July 2, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on 22-year-old Kassandra Monique Solis after noticing the vehicle displayed an unreadable paper license plate.

Solis was reportedly traveling through El Paso.
According to officials, a records check through the National Crime Information Center and the Texas Crime Information Center showed that Solis had an outstanding warrant for violation of a protective order with a $30,000 bond in Harris County, Texas.
The warrant indicated that Solis was considered to have “violent tendencies” and officers should exercise caution.
Solis was taken into custody without incident and charged as a fugitive from justice.
She was booked into the El Paso County Jail, where she will remain pending extradition to Harris County authorities.
