Fort Worth police and EMS are responding to a shooting with multiple victims in the 5900 block of Wilbarger Street, near Lake Arlington, on Saturday night.
A 911 caller reported multiple people shot near the lake about 8:15 p.m., according to a police call log.
Fort Worth police said in a social media post that a spokesperson will release more information at the shooting scene.
Dozens of police units are on the scene, along with ambulances. Helicopters have been seen overhead, and police said the scene is still active.
A street party is happening nearby, but it wasn’t immediately clear whether that is connected to the shooting. Fireworks have been going off in the area as police continue to investigate.
