LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – YWCA Lubbock is launching a new fatherhood program aimed at helping dads build practical parenting skills and stronger connections with their children.
The YWCA’s Fatherhood Initiative is a 12-week cohort based on the “24/7 Dad” curriculum. Weekly meetings will last two hours and will be led by the organization’s fatherhood director with support from a childhood specialist.
Program highlights include sessions hosted at the YWCA, as well as childcare support for participating families.
