It’s time to show your H-Town pride, Houston. Next Monday is July 13 – 7/13 – the city’s unofficial holiday. This weekend, the city is going all out in honor of Houston culture with all sorts of special deals, events, and full-on parties. As the biggest area 713 day festival in Houston, Hou City Fest Presents: 713 Day at Giant Texas Distillers this Sunday will feature a variety of live performances, slabs, a loteria, and over 100 vendors.
713 Day at Giant Texas distillers is a day-long event celebrating Space City culture, art, music, and community that runs from 1 pm – 8 pm on Sunday, July 12th. Throughout the festival, attendants can enjoy a wide range of Houston-themed activations. Such include a fleet of slabs and lowriders, live graffiti and art demonstrations, and live performances by Houston artists.
Hosted by Love Anthena and Yolee Flores, featured performers at the Houston festival include: J-Dawg, DJ Marc G, Elow The Great, Young Ea$y, Heavy Weight Musik.

The festival will also feature a special Houston Lotería session from 3 pm – 5 pm with the chance to win free prizes. Throughout the festival, visitors can enjoy a range of Houston-inspired cocktails, local spirits, and other beverages.
Hou City Fest Presents: 713 Day at Giant Texas Distillers takes place from 1 pm – 8 pm on July 12 at 5610 Clinton Dr. The festival is completely free to attend, though festival organizers encourage visitors to RSVP online. There is a $10 charge for parking.
