CEDAR PARK, Texas (KWTX) – A months-long narcotics investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Unit led to multiple arrests and the seizure of drugs, firearms and cash after detectives executed a search warrant at a Cedar Park apartment complex, according to the sheriff’s office.
WCSO said the investigation began with a Crime Stoppers tip received in January 2026 and culminated July 6, 2026, when detectives served a warrant at the Bexley Apartment Complex at 2801 S. Lakeline Blvd.
Investigators reported seizing multiple types of narcotics — including cocaine, THC wax and vape products, alprazolam pills, psilocybin mushrooms and marijuana — along with $44,522 in cash and several firearms.

Among the items seized, WCSO reported approximately 10.4 grams of cocaine, 25 ounces of THC wax, 1,208.4 grams of alprazolam (about 4,771 pills), 772 grams of THC vape products (about 385 cartridges), about 1.2 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, and 50.56 pounds of marijuana.
Detectives also recovered nine handguns, a Mossberg shotgun, three AR-15-style rifles and a Draco AK-style pistol, along with a digital scale and multiple cell phones, WCSO said.
Three people were arrested, according to WCSO: Sergio Madrigal, 19, and Jessica Carrese, 20, who each face multiple manufacture/delivery charges involving controlled substances, as well as a marijuana charge.

Angel Rosas, 20, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance related to THC vape products, WCSO said.
The sheriff’s office said the case underscores the Organized Crime Unit’s commitment to dismantling narcotics trafficking operations in Williamson County. Sheriff Lindemann also recognized the work of detectives involved in the investigation, WCSO said.
