EL PASO, TEXAS — The El Paso Fire Department responded to a deadly apartment fire in northeast El Paso.
A department spokesperson said firefighters responded to the fire on Johnson Avenue near Hayes.
Officials confirmed the fire was deadly but have not released additional details about the incident, including the number of people killed or what led to the blaze.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
