EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A former nurse practitioner in El Paso, who surrendered his license in 2025 after allegations surfaced that he had sexually inappropriate relationships with patients, has been arrested.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, at around 3 p.m., 50-year-old Victor Lee Ilog was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants for two counts of sexual assault.
The charges come from allegations that KFOX14/CBS4 first reported on back in October 2025, when documents from the Texas Board of Nursing detailed the accusations spanning four years from 2021 to 2025.
Court documents show that detectives spoke with a patient suffering from manic depression and bipolar disorder, whom Ilog treated at Atlantis Behavioral Health Services.
The victim said Ilog would make sexual comments, show them his aroused penis, and eventually start sexually assaulting them at every appointment, which was once a month.
Jail records show Ilog was booked into the El Paso County Downtown jail on Thursday, where he remains under a $100,000 bond.

In October 2025, KFOX14/CBS4 reported that the Texas Board of Nursing ordered him to suspend his license, which he surrendered in September after accusations surfaced.
Other accusations detail that from July 2024 to April 2025, while working at Grow Therapy, Ilog allegedly got into an inappropriate sexual relationship with another patient.
In another allegation, while working at Atlantis Behavioral Health Services from 2024 to April 16, 2025, Ilog was accused of encouraging a patient to take drugs such as Ecstasy for sexual pleasure and, at one point, allegedly showed the patient a nude picture of himself.
