EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy who requires regular medication.
The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is looking for Jacob Garcia.
Police said Garcia was last seen on July 9, 2026, at about 1 a.m.
Garcia is described as a 13-year-old White Hispanic male with shaggy black hair, brown eyes, a thin build and weighing about 98 pounds.
He is between 5 feet 2 inches and 5 feet 4 inches tall.
Police said Garcia was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and white-green Puma shoes.
According to the missing person bulletin, Garcia has a scar across his abdomen and a scar on the left side of his neck.
Police also said he is hard of hearing and has a medical condition that requires regular medication.
