El Paso Police seek missing teen boy with medical issue

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit is asking for your help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy.

Jacob Garcia, 13, was last seen at about 1 a.m. on Thursday, July 9. He has a medical condition that requires regular medication, police said.

He is described as having shaggy black hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 2 to 5 feet 4 in height and weighs about 100 pounds.

He was last known to be wearing a black hoodie, black pants and white-green Puma shoes.

He has a scar across his abdomen, a scar on the left side of his neck and is hearing impaired, police said.
