SHELDON, Texas (KBTX) – A man is dead after falling into a 30-foot shaft at a construction site in East Harris County, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
Investigators have not ruled out foul play.
Deputies responded to the 15800 block of Sheldon Ridge Way, near Garrett. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
CSI and homicide detectives are responding to the scene.
The victim has not been identified.
