EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was taken to a hospital after nearly drowning Monday morning, July 13, according to the El Paso Fire Department.
At around 10:30 a.m., officers with the El Paso Police Department responded to a welfare check at 1925 Preview Place in East El Paso.
An EPPD official confirmed that the person taken to the hospital was a child.
