The masked social media personality says he wants to bring more positivity, laughter and community pride to Corpus Christi through his videos.
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A Corpus Christi TikTok creator known as “Mr. Cheese Muffin” says his mission goes beyond creating viral videos — he wants to make people smile and help build a stronger sense of community across the Coastal Bend.
During an appearance on 3NEWS First Edition, the masked content creator said he hopes to give Corpus Christi a unique identity while entertaining people of all ages.

“I feel like we need more uniqueness to Corpus, and I feel like I can help bring that to Corpus,” Mr. Cheese Muffin said. “Give people a reason to laugh and have something to watch.”
The social media personality has built a large following, posting videos while wearing his signature green-and-black superhero costume.
He said one of the most rewarding parts of creating content is meeting people in the community, especially children.

“People scream my name, run up to me. Even little kids come up hugging my legs. It’s kind of crazy, honestly,” he said. “It is the best feeling.”
Mr. Cheese Muffin said he hopes people know he is committed to spreading positivity. “I’ll always be here for them, always going to be saving the day, making them laugh, making them smile and keeping them safe,” he said.
Behind the mask, he said, balancing social media with everyday life takes planning. He works a full-time job before editing videos in his free time.
“I do have a day job,” he joked. “Honestly, I just work and then edit the videos.” The creator also shared how his costume came together. He said the original design was entirely green as part of a joke about using a green screen to disappear into the background. Over time, he added black accents to create the superhero look fans recognize today.
Growing up, Mr. Cheese Muffin said Spider-Man was always his favorite superhero and remains an inspiration.
As his following continues to grow, he says his focus remains the same: bringing smiles to the Coastal Bend one video at a time.
