ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington Men’s Basketball has announced its first United Athletic Conference (UAC) schedule for the 2026-27 season, highlighted by eight home games at College Park Center and 16 conference contests beginning in early January.

UTA will play each conference opponent twice, with one home and one road matchup, in the inaugural UAC schedule. The Mavericks open conference play at College Park Center on Saturday, Jan. 9, against Central Arkansas and Wednesday, Jan. 13, against Austin Peay before traveling to Abilene Christian on Saturday, Jan. 16. UTA’s first conference road swing also includes a trip to North Alabama on Jan. 23.

UAC action returns to College Park Center on Jan. 27 against Little Rock before the Mavericks host Abilene Christian on Jan. 30. UTA then opens February with back-to-back road contests at Eastern Kentucky (Feb. 3) and Austin Peay (Feb. 6).
Following a bye on Feb. 10, the Mavericks host Tarleton State on Feb. 13 before welcoming West Georgia (Feb. 17) and North Alabama (Feb. 20) for consecutive home games.

UTA’s final road trip features contests at Little Rock (Feb. 24), Tarleton State (Feb. 27), and Central Arkansas (March 3). The Mavericks conclude the regular season at home against Eastern Kentucky on Saturday, March 6.

The Mavericks will play five conference doubleheaders at College Park Center against Little Rock (Jan. 27), Abilene Christian (Jan. 30), Tarleton State (Feb. 13), West Georgia (Feb. 17) and Eastern Kentucky (March 6).

The 2027 UAC Basketball Tournament is scheduled for March 10-14 in Allen, Texas.

Game times will be announced later.
