The public is invited to a free Business Block Party at the Sterling Center in Flour Bluff, featuring local businesses, live music, food, games, a bounce house, face painting, a photo booth and giveaways. The family-friendly event celebrates the opening of the center’s new Flour Bluff location while connecting the community with local businesses.

Customer Appreciation & Vendor Fair
5-11:45 p.m. at Corpus Christi Freightliner 8001 I-37, Corpus Christi
Corpus Christi Freightliner will host a free Customer Appreciation & Vendor Fair featuring live music, an equipment expo, more than 60 vendors, free food and drinks, and appearances by Optimus Prime and the Transformers stunt truck. Complimentary tickets are required to attend.

The inaugural Fishing for a Breakthrough Tournament will raise money for the Breakthrough T1D South Central Texas Chapter with a weekend of fishing, live music, food and family-friendly activities. The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center will host its Waves of Hope Fundraiser Dinner featuring beach-themed food, games, indoor volleyball and raffle prizes to support local programs and services. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 4–17, and free for children 3 and younger.

Corpus Christi City Championship Presented By S2G Golf

The Corpus Christi City Championship returns to Oso Beach Municipal Golf Course after a six-year hiatus, featuring a two-day amateur stroke play tournament for open, senior and junior golfers. Entry fees are $180 for open and senior divisions and $100 for juniors.
