TGIF!

My favorite hobby when I need to decompress is vintage and thrift shopping. But of course, after a couple of hours of shopping, I am hit with thrift blindness and go home with some questionable purchases.

If you are like me and have piles of clothes you would like to exchange for something more favorable, head over to Stash VHS in downtown Arlington for its Vintage Trade Night this Friday.

On Saturday, let Texas Live! take over your plans with two back-to-back events. Stop by the Margarita Crawl for a custom cocktail, themed food specials, giveaways and more. End your evening with a crazy game show at the Live! Arena. Name That Song by Bingo Loco stops in Arlington for a night of lip sync battles, dance-offs and raves.

If you want a more relaxing Saturday, stop by the UTA Planetarium for its Gong Sound Bath and shake off any bad energy lingering into the weekend. Finally, head back to Texas Live! to catch the final World Cup match on its big screen.

Whether you are rooting for Spain, Argentina, neither or both, send me an email to let me know what you’re up to. See you next Friday!
