A San Antonio man is accused of trafficking a 14-year-old girl he met on Snapchat, taking her to motels across the city where investigators say she was forced to perform sexual acts for men.
Lavonte Shakurr Webb, 20, is charged with continuous trafficking of persons and aggravated kidnapping with the intent to violate or abuse sexually, according to court records. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on Wednesday with total bail set at $300,000.
According to an arrest affidavit, investigators uncovered the alleged trafficking while searching for the missing teen. On June 15, the girl and her mother met with detectives at the San Antonio Police Department’s West Substation.
The teen, now 15, told police that Webb reached out to her on Snapchat in November 2025, when she was 14. He sent an Uber to her home and arranged for her to be dropped off at his Northwest Side apartment.
The teen said when she arrived at Webb’s apartment, he gave her Xanax and marijuana and coerced her into performing sexual services so they could “make money together,” the victim told police. She said Webb was aware of her age.
Webb began renting out motel rooms around the city where the victim performed sexual services for “Johns.” This happened every day, multiple times a day for about six months, according to the affidavit.
The victim told police that she and Webb split the money from each sexual encounter.
According to the affidavit, the alleged abuse temporarily stopped when Webb was jailed but resumed after his release.
While the affidavit does not specify why Webb was arrested, Bexar County court records show he was taken into custody on Dec.1 and released Jan. 8. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, collision involving damage of more than $200, evading arrest and several other offenses.
The teen told investigators she tried to leave Webb several times, but he allegedly threatened her by saying he knew where she lived. She also said Webb carried a firearm and “would readily display it,” according to the affidavit.
Although she managed to escape once, Webb later found her, the affidavit states.
The affidavit does not indicate whether investigators believe Webb has additional victims.
