A mansion in Parker is being built with a rare kind of concrete construction technology.
The residence was listed for $13.75 million on June 16, according to Zillow. The nearly 15,000-square-foot home is still under construction. The home is being built using insulating concrete forms, a construction technique where foam blocks are stacked, reinforced with rebar and filled with concrete.
The home is over 80% complete, said Michael Hershenberg of Real Broker, LLC, the home’s listing agent.
Located in the Reserve At Southridge subdivision in Parker, the mansion will include a library, kids playroom and a chef’s kitchen.
The primary retreat will be a private sanctuary inspired by five-star resorts and will include a spa-inspired bath and a two-story closet, according to the listing. The home will also have a spa space, fitness center and massage room. Finally, the mansion will have a detached, 2,700-square-foot collector’s garage.
