Love Marshalls, TJ Maxx and the outdoors? Sierra is opening near San Antonio. The off-price retailer, which specializes in activewear, footwear and outdoor gear, will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Forum at Olympia Parkway, according to a news release.
Shoppers can celebrate Sierra’s Selma grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, branded giveaways and a scavenger hunt featuring gift cards hidden throughout the store. The retailer will also debut a seasonal selection of outdoor apparel, footwear and gear from national brands.
The location marks Sierra’s first store in Selma.

Regular hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Sierra is also hiring full- and part-time store associates for the Selma location. Applications are available on TJX’s jobs website.
HomeGoods, another TJX brand, is also expected to join Sierra at the Forum at Olympia Parkway. Plans for the project appeared in a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing submitted in September 2025. An opening date has not been announced, though the Selma location is already listed on HomeGoods’ website.
