LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock Public Health Department is asking residents to complete a survey aimed at improving youth programs focused on substance use prevention and mental health.
The department said the feedback will be used to develop programs, resources and services to better support local youth and families. The survey takes a few minutes to complete, according to the department.
Residents who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card.
