After Hours at La Nube: Country Lights
La Nube will transform into a country-themed, adults-only venue for an evening of live music, line dancing, karaoke and hands-on STEAM activities. Movies at the Park: ‘Tangled’

Museum of Art: ‘America, The Beautiful’ exhibit
The El Paso Museum of Art will open “America, The Beautiful: Selections from the Zoe Diaz Collection” on July 25, featuring works by Mexican American, Chicano and contemporary artists that explore national identity, democracy and life in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands. The exhibition, presented in conjunction with the nation’s 250th anniversary, includes pieces by El Paso artists Adriana Corral, Gaspar Enriquez and Luis A. Jiménez Jr., among others.

San Elizario Historic District Guided Walking Tour
The San Elizario Historic District offers free guided walking tours on the fourth Sunday of each month, highlighting the community’s rich history and nationally recognized historic district. Participants will explore historic landmarks during the leisurely 90-minute tour and are encouraged to bring a camera.

The Plaza Classic Film Festival enters its final days after filling Downtown El Paso with more than 100 films, celebrity appearances, lectures, outdoor screenings and other events since July 16. The 19th annual festival continues through Sunday, July 26, with its closing weekend highlighted by acclaimed writer-director Gregory Nava, who will receive the Plaza Classic Award for Career Achievement and introduce two of his landmark films.

Day of Remembrance Ceremony
United Way of El Paso County’s Center for Resiliency and El Paso County will host the community’s annual Day of Remembrance marking the seventh anniversary of the Aug. 3, 2019, mass shooting. The event at the Ascarate Healing Garden will include a community sound bath, luminaria lighting, a reading of the names of the 23 victims, live music and reflections from faith and community leaders. Community volunteers are also being sought to assist with the event.
