Tropical Storm Bertha moves inland into Texas after bringing gusty wind, minor surge to Louisiana

It made landfall with sustained winds of 45mph near the Biloxi Wildlife Management area in St. Bernard Parish at 2pm.

Tropical Storm Bertha is weakening after making its second landfall in Texas.

The storm is slowly crawling across the coast, bringing heavy rain to Texas.

Louisiana residents along the coast may still feel impacts from Bertha’s feeder bands.
