WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) – Detectives arrested Trevor Hunt, 34, and Cynthia Alderete, 36, after they executed a search warrant in two residences following a five-month-long investigation, according to a report from the Williamson County Sheriff’s office.
The sheriff said the investigation targeted the manufacturing and delivery of illegal narcotics within Williamson County.
The first residence, located in the 100 block of West Point Way in Elgin, Texas, was identified as Hunt’s primary residence.
The second residence, located in the 400 block of Gano Street in Taylor, Texas, was identified as a location where Hunt was allegedly distributing narcotics. Further investigation indicated that narcotics were being stored at this residence, the sheriff’s office said.
Among the items allegedly seized in the Elgin residence were approximately 504 grams of methamphetamine (crystal and meth pills), 664.1 grams of powder cocaine and crack cocaine, 3.28 pounds of marijuana, 14 grams of THC vapes, 227.7 grams of promethazine, a loaded revolver, a loaded Taurus handgun and $5,000 in cash.
55.6 grams of methamphetamine, 24.1 grams of cocaine, 19.2 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and 145.5 grams of marijuana were reportedly seized from the Taylor residence.
Hunt was arrested on three charges, including manufacture and delivery related to stimulant products and possession of marijuana, WCSO said.
Alderete was arrested on one charge of possession of a controlled substance, WCSO said.
