The Plano Public Library has announced a slate of adult and children’s programs beginning in late July, along with a Friends of the Library book sale, according to a July 23 news release.

The book sale will run from Aug. 22 to Sept. 5 in the Meeting Room during regular library hours, according to the release. Books, DVDs and jigsaw puzzles will be sold at bargain prices, and beginning Aug. 31 all items will be sold for $4 per bag. Many free items will be available after the sale ends.
