A person was pinned between a truck and trailer while adjusting chains to the vehicle Friday night, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
SAPD said officers responded to the 300 block of Saipan Place around 9:36 p.m.
The person was readjusting chains when a mechanical component of the vehicle remained engaged, causing them to become pinned between the trailer and truck, according to police.
No foul play was observed, SAPD said.
The incident remains under investigation.
