LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock Vital Statistics Office is offering a new way for parents to make school registration a little easier.
The office if offering online ordering for birth certificates, an option that may help families preparing for the upcoming academic year.
There are options available to families for pickup, standard mail and expedited shipping.
