EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Horizon City Police Department has identified one of the suspects wanted in connection with a recent arson investigation and is asking for the public’s help in locating her.
Police confirmed to KTSM that Ruby Leann Hernandez is one of the individuals believed to be involved in last week’s arson investigation. Hernandez has an active warrant issued by the Horizon City Police Department.

The investigation stems from a house fire reported on July 2 in the 700 block of Desert Silver Drive. Officers said they believe two individuals were involved in the incident.
In a social media post, the department announced it is also searching for another arson suspect connected to the case. Police have not publicly identified the second suspect.
