LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit will map the scene of last week’s multi-car fatal crash as the investigation continues.
Starting at 9 a.m., with help from TxDOT, police will close the main lanes of Interstate 27. Northbound traffic south of 82nd St. will be forced to exit at 82nd St.
Also closed will be the 82nd St. on-ramp to I-27 and the flyover from S. Loop 289 to I-27.
Investigators expect the closure to last about two hours.
