LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – One person is seriously injured after reports of a vehicle that struck a building in east Lubbock Thursday afternoon.
Just before 3:30 p.m., Lubbock police say officers responded to a home near East Colgate Street and North Spruce Avenue. Police say the vehicle struck a gate.
