Police said Nathan Lucas Underwood posed as the condo owner after showing an Arizona ID with the same name as the real owner. Court records say he met with a real estate agent and tried to quickly sell the Scottsdale property for $1.3 million. The agent flagged unusual behavior, while the real owner received a fraud-prevention package from a title company. Investigators also say Underwood created an LLC with a name similar to the real owner’s business. Police arrested him after security recognized him during another attempt to sell the condo.
