BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KFDA) – Texas A&M University System has named the search committee for West Texas A&M’s 12th president.
TAMU says the committee will be an 11-member search advisory and retained Parker Executive Search to help find the next president of WTAMU.
The search comes after President Walter V. Wendler announced his retirement for September 1.
The search advisory committee members are:

A news release states the committee will help recruit and evaluate candidates to make recommendations to the chancellor and the Board of Regents.
Information about the position, applications and nomination procedures will be released as the search progresses.
