IDALOU, Texas (KCBD) – Multiple fire departments responded to a structure fire early Saturday morning, according to a West Carlisle Fire Department Facebook post.
West Carlisle Fire Department was requested to assist Idalou Fire Department, Roosevelt Fire Department, New Deal Volunteer Fire/EMS and Buffalo Springs Lake Fire Department at approximately 6:30 a.m.
West Carlisle’s Ladder 1 was requested to provide an elevated stream on the structure after a roof collapse made it difficult for crews to access the fire.
The homeowners lost everything in the fire, according to the post.
