EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Electric is experiencing a weather-related outage event that is impacting over 16,000 customers
As of 4:59 p.m., there are a total of 74 outages according to El Paso Electric’s outage map.
According to an El Paso Electric spokesperson, that while they are still gathering information, the outages appear to be weather-related.
El Paso Electric told KFOX14/CBS4 that crews are actively assessing conditions to restore service as safely and quickly as possible.
