LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department and the Lubbock Metro Unit are investigating a Sunday morning crash on the Marsha Sharp Frontage Road near I-27.
Officers were called to the scene around 3 A.M. and report the driver was found suffering a gunshot wound.
The passenger suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to UMC for treatment. Only one vehicle was involved.
LPD says this is an isolated incident. No arrests have been made.
